The Dane 2.0 Half Rack Functional Trainer
The Dane 2.0 combines a front-mounted half rack with an integrated, commercial-grade functional trainer, delivering two essential training systems in one streamlined unit. By merging a squat rack and functional trainer into a single frame, it offers a more compact footprint—and a more accessible price point—than purchasing two separate machines.

Measuring just 60” front to back, The Dane 2.0 is impressively space-efficient without sacrificing functionality. The rack itself is built for commercial use and includes low-profile spotter arms for confident squatting outside the rack, while the highly adjustable pulley system allows you to fine-tune angles, resistance, and range of motion for a wide variety of exercises.

Dual 160 lb Weight Stacks
The Dane 2.0 is equipped with dual 160 lb weight stacks and a 1:1 pulley ratio, delivering direct, consistent resistance—100 lb on the stack will feel like 100 lb in hand.
Each weight stack is adjustable between 10 and 160 lbs in 10 lb increments, providing a wide range of resistance options for everything from light isolation work to heavy training.

They also feature a redesigned, compact layout that allows the pulley cables to extend up to 5.8 ft outside the rack and operate on a 180° swivel, providing ample space for cable exercises beyond the rack.
Commercial-Grade Pulley System
A 1:1 pulley ratio delivers full resistance without the need for oversized weight stacks. Compared to a 2:1 system, this allows The Dane 2.0 to maintain a compact 60” footprint while still offering heavy, uncompromised performance. The result is a space-efficient functional trainer that maximizes capability while minimizing both space requirements and overall cost.
The pulley cables extend up to 5.8 feet beyond the rack and feature a 180° swivel, providing ample space and flexibility for cable training outside the rack. With an overall height of 92”, The Dane 2.0 also offers generous range for both high and low cable positions, making it well-suited for movements like lat pulldowns and low rows.

Custom Fit Rollers
The Dane 2.0 Functional Trainer is equipped with custom-fit rollers that allow the trolleys to move smoothly up and down the rack. The lightweight trolley design makes height adjustments easy with one hand, while a secure pop-pin locking system keeps everything firmly in place during use.

The Dane 2.0 Key Upgrades
A key improvement on the Dane 2.0 is the redesigned top plate, now reduced from 10 lb to 5 lb after user feedback. This lighter starting weight allows for more precise load adjustments, particularly for isolation movements, rehabilitation exercises, and beginner-focused training. A dedicated selector-pin hole has also been added for top-plate-only use, providing a more secure and convenient way to set your starting resistance.
The weight stacks have been redesigned with a more compact layout, allowing for increased cable travel outside the rack. While the Dane 1.0 offered approximately 5 feet of cable movement, the Dane 2.0 extends close to 6 feet, providing greater freedom for full-range exercises. Even with this expanded range of motion, the Dane 2.0 retains dual 160 lb weight stacks and a true 1:1 pulley ratio, delivering full resistance in a space-efficient design.
The Dane 2.0 also features upgraded aluminum pulleys with a wider channel design to reduce friction and resistance. This results in smoother cable movement and more efficient force transfer throughout each pull.
Alongside its performance upgrades, the Dane 2.0 features a refreshed look highlighted by Warhawk Red accents on the pulleys and accessories, giving the rack a bold yet refined appearance.

The Rack
While the pulley system draws plenty of attention, the rack itself is equally impressive. Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, The Dane 2.0 features a commercial-grade squat rack rated for up to 1,200 lbs. The 3" × 3" uprights with 1" holes offer compatibility with a wide range of attachments and accessories.
For added stability during heavy lifts, The Dane includes extension feet at the base of the rack, along with low-profile spotter arms for squatting outside the rack. Upgraded sandwich-style J-Cups feature a thick UHMW lining to protect your barbell by eliminating metal-on-metal contact.
Each upright is fully powder-coated—inside and out—for exceptional durability and resistance to rust, making The Dane 2.0 well-suited for humid training environments.

The Dane 2.0 Half Rack Functional Trainer Includes:
- (1) Pair of Reverse Sandwich J-Cups
- (1) Pair of Low Profile Spotter Arms
- (1) Pair of D-Handles
- (1) Pair of Extension Feet
- (1) Landmine Attachment

Unlike many systems that require you to spend extra for accessories, The Dane 2.0 includes five attachments with no additional cost—a value exceeding $600. These included attachments provide a highly versatile training setup from day one, making The Dane 2.0 one of the most complete and cost-efficient functional trainers available.
