York Barbell 6' International Chrome Olympic Bar

The York Barbell 6' International Chrome Olympic Bar utilizes a signature design that replaces the outdated bolt-and-sleeve assembly. It is manufactured from North American steel and has a minimum tensile strength of 100,000 PSI.

This bar has less flex and greater rigidity, making it ideal for static, controlled movements like squats, bench presses and deadlifts. It also works well for Olympic lift training. The sleeves are secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. They are machined to a precise 1.975" diameter to fit 2" Olympic plates.
