York Barbell 7' International Black Oxide 2000 lb Olympic Bar 32 mm

The York Barbell 7' International Black Oxide Olympic Bar is a strikingly attractive bar that features a black oxide finish with hard chrome sleeves. The black oxide finish offers an aggressive grip. The steel used to make this bar is made in the USA and has a minimum tensile strength of 175,000 PSI.

This bar has less flexibility, more rigidity, and is excellent for use when performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It's also a great choice for Olympic lift training, and boasts a 2,000 lb weight capacity.

The sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975" diameter to accommodate 2" Olympic plates, and are secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin.
