York Barbell 7' USA Elite Power Weight Bar

The York Barbell 7' USA Elite Power Weight Bar is made from U.S. steel and is a valuable addition to any home gym, commercial facility, or powerlifting setup. It features a minimum tensile strength of 185,000 PSI after heat treating and can handle to handle up to 1,500 lbs of weight.

This bar less flexible, more rigid, and ideal for static, highly controlled, slow movements such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It also performs well for Olympic lift training. The sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to fit 2” Olympic plates and are secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin.
