The York Barbell Ultra-Lite Aluminum Weight Bar is designed for athletes to focus entirely on form and not the weight of the bar. At 6 ft in length and weighing only 15 lbs, it's a great teaching tool for proper lifting technique in school weight rooms, sports performance centers, commercial gyms, and home setups alike. With 8 ¾" of loadable sleeve length on each side, it can handle up to 150 lbs of total weight and is also suitable for youth training.
