Crafted from North American steel, the York Barbell Women's International Chrome Olympic Training Bar has a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI after heat treating. It is an excellent choice for Olympic style movements.

It features ferrous bushings to ensure a smooth, consistent rotation during lifts. The sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975" diameter to fit 2" Olympic plates, and are secured on the bar with a bar end nut and spring pin.
