The York Barbell Women's Elite Olympic Competition Bar is crafted from the highest grade North American steel, featuring a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI. Its made from quenched and tempered, cold-drawn, stress-relieved, high-tensile steel—for maximum strength and flexibility.

This bar's Olympic sleeves are equipped with 8 needle bearings to reduce friction. The sleeves are machine-finished to an exact 1.975" diameter to accommodate 2" Olympic plates. Calibrated to meet Olympic specifications, this bar also features color-coded collars in yellow for easy identification in busy gyms.
