It is made from North American steel and features a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI after heat treating. The York® international design replaces the outdated bolt-and-sleeve assembly. 

It features needle bearings to ensure smooth, consistent rotation of the sleeves, and the bar is finished in satin chrome.
